1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChamberGenie ("the Service"), operated by Outreach Consult, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

ChamberGenie is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed exclusively for chambers of commerce. It provides tools for member management, event coordination, dues tracking, document management, lead pipeline management, analytics, and AI-assisted operations.

3. Subscription and Billing

ChamberGenie is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the following rates:

A 14-day free trial is available on all plans. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time by contacting hello@chambergenie.com or through the billing settings in your account.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you input into ChamberGenie, including member information, documents, and communications. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service. You may export your data at any time using the export tools provided in the platform. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.

You agree to use ChamberGenie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

AI Genie, our AI-powered assistant, is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated responses are provided for informational and strategic purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

7. Uptime and Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. Enterprise plan subscribers are entitled to a 99.5% uptime SLA. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, credits will be applied to the affected subscriber's account. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Outreach Consult, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
