ChamberGenie is operated by Outreach Consult, LLC, a U.S.-based consulting firm. We are committed to protecting the privacy of chambers of commerce and their members who use our platform.
Account data: When you register, we collect your name, chamber name, email address, phone number, role, and billing information.
Chamber data: Member lists, event records, dues records, documents, messages, and other operational data you input into the platform. This data belongs to you.
Usage data: Log data, feature usage patterns, and session information to improve the Service and provide support.
Payment data: Billing and payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your chamber's member data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database platform with enterprise-grade security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We maintain access controls, audit logs, and regular security reviews.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting hello@chambergenie.com.
You can export your member list, dues records, and documents at any time using the built-in export tools in the platform. Your data is always yours — we never hold it hostage.

ChamberGenie uses session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
